The contemporary, sombre atmosphere of the MŪN sushi lab in Florence is characterized by sculptural furnishings, and balanced by a skilful dose of both direct and indirect lighting, which gives rise to an intimate, elegant vibe.

LED Linear strip is used to subtly highlight the coffered ceiling, as well as dramatically uplight the fluted back wall. Both single and twin recessed fixtures are used to provide directional illumination above seating areas and walkways, and a backlit panel provides a stunning backdrop to a combination of shelved plants and vases.
